Yes, it is something to be worried about if the dehydration goes on for a longer time. It can be to a level that you would immediately require a medical emergency.
It is extremely important for you to realize when and how is it getting important for your body to be more hydrated.
One can easily understand that just water could really make a person bored; however, what we can do here is consume more amounts of fluids like fresh juices and coconut water.

WHAT CAUSES SEVERE DEHYDRATION?
· Heat has been a major reason for people why they feel more dehydrated than their normal days. The reason being, heat tends to make you sweat more and with more sweat, you lose a lot of water from your body than you really think.
· Illness is another reason why your body gets dehydrated. It is understood that the taste buds don’t make you feel like having one. But it is really mandatory for you to have more amounts of fluids especially if you are on your medications.
· Dehydration can even cause dry lips and less urination. These symptoms are not likely to be seen but are massively making your body weaker. Your organs of the body will begin to function in a different way. Headache, dizziness, and vomiting become more frequent as a symptom to you.
Severe dehydration can lead to brain damage and in some cases even death for that matter. Also, it leads to early labor, dry mouth, rapid heart rate, and a drop in blood pressure.
